Problems buying funds

Hi, I'm having problems buying funds, When I click on add funds in game, it brings me to a page with purchase TA funds with a box marked home underneath. click on home and it brings you to the famil...

Unfortunately the only way to get help on funding issues is via EA.com/help  

Whilst representatives of both EA and Envision do visit, they are unable to assist on funding issues too and will refer you to the EA.com help section.
