Problems with substitute login

This is problem is in Firestorm 7

It seems it's only 1 account...It logs in brings the opening screen up, then logs me out..Other subs are fine...I need it fixed for fort run..ta brochman

I had the owner resend the sub and all is ok now...must have been a glitch somewhere..ta broch
