product code already redeemed

I bought the game and has went online to play before back when it first came out on a disc. but right now I can't register the game on origins because the cd key has already been redeemed by me in the past.

live chat is horrendously long. any other ways I can get EA's attention on my situation? I don't live in NA region. or does anyone has a similar situation and EA offered some ways to get it done on your own?
