Repair Time

Worlds Tib 54 and Tib 63 repair time only seems to be accumulating when signed onto the world.  Also lose repair time when you sign off.  Restarts at 0 when you  sign back in.  Is this a glitch or a new process in teh system

    also meant to say the above happens on only damaged bases
