Reporting Player C&C Rivals - support not acting

Hello,

Sorry for bringing this here but EA support doesn't resolve this issue. 

Since November 2024 a player keep joining alliances and using offensive language towards others as you can see in images attached. Player profile is below as well proof of use of language.

    If and when required, report players as below.

    Command & Conquer: Rivals - Mobile

    1. Find and tap the player’s name that you want to report to open their profile.
    2. Tap the three dots next to their name.
    3. Tap Report Abuse.
    4. Select the Category of Abuse.
    5. Enter any additional information for your report.
    6. Submit your report.
