So, let me get this straight, i finally find a decent base layout, which happens to be near my other bases (because i can't scan other bases outside of a certain range) which are in a higher level area, and i'm not supposed to take over that layout because EA lowered the resources supplied to the point that it can't even defend itself. Are you saying that i have to spend a few weeks sending a couple of my high level offensive bases to the outer rim so that i can search for a base layout in a lower level area, so my new base doesn't get wiped out? This makes sense, how?
