setting a base
have tried all day will not let me set my next base have all the stuff in bank fot it

are we talking about a user script error?
Have you researched the MCV for your base already?
Also, what world are you experiencing this problem on? - Your screenshot doesn't show how many credits you have and the credits show as red indicating it doesn't think you have enough.
- Of course it doesn't, it's not a screenshot from the original poster. It's intended to be used as an example of the screen to go to in order to 'purchase' the upgrade.
