The problem isn't that people can't log in or are opening new posts and crying because they can't play the game they've paid money into...it's the fact that there isn't any real detail...for 90 minutes I have searched all over looking for specifics. Not just "we're rebooting" and "worlds are offline", I'm looking for problems and causes, I'm looking for devs posting to players who may have technical insight that they can bounce ideas off; I'm looking for - we're putting the worlds back on the old servers while we rectify the new ones;
Or someone took the petty cash for a drink up after the England Vs Croatia game and now the electricity has run out at HQ.
People don't respond well to vague answers and that's all I'm seeing. To be honest I don't really care that I haven't played in 3 days, this is a bad habit anyway, but I have spent £75 this month alone and I do care that I am not getting my money's worth.
