slow or not working servers September 2018. ONLY report your problem here!

We were supposed to destroy Tib 10 today. The server claims to be online but cannot be accessed. Seems some other servers are marked offline correctly. Is this the behaviour everyone else is seeing? i.e. the server claims to be online but times out when accessed? The server being offline also means teammates cannot be contacted to reschedule the attack
