- Going on 4 days of this outage. I am trying to access world 42, and still not working. You notified everyone that there would be outages in June, and I never saw any interruption. You notified us the week before last that there would an outage the following day, and again... I never saw any outage. NOW... you don't tell us that you're making changes and there is an outage. Who in the hell runs your IT department? For those that were affected we better be receiving some major reimbursement for that time. I dump a lot of money into this game, with the belief that it will be running. I have been playing now for years, and have never seen an outage of 4 DAYS!! This is absurd. If you want to reimburse me for all of the money I've used on this game that is fine and I will leave, if not fix the damn problem, compensate the players who have been impacted and start notifying paying customers when system outages should be expected. I am certain you have test environments to try changes on before you impact the end-user, do you even bother testing before you make changes? Fix the problem, or hire people that are a bit more competent. If I managed my production environment like you guys do, I would have lost my job years ago. Sure... problems occur... but there is nothing that should have taken 4 days to resolve. Hell.. you could have rolled back the changes by now.

1. IS any one able to log into Tiberium12? If so can you tell me your bourse and Operating System.
2. When I log into Origin via web, I get allocated to my correct world now but I can't load the world, after 30 seconds the screen flashes, like a reload and sits there waiting for a command.
3. when I use Origin to login, I now get loaded into the right world launcher but when I press "play now" I get the time out.
I hope someone else is having better luck than myself.
Since many worlds are affected, it seems this may be an issue around preparing for the change but hey, EA has been doing this for a while now so you think they may know what they are doing.
Yes, your emergency contingency plans MUST be activated by now. Can't you roll back to an older version? (Probably where we are now)
I just can't understand why the ping to the EA servers have gone way up. Almost like a denial of attack issue. You may need to review your firewall rules :)
In any case, I am holding thumbs. I think Tiberium Alliances is the best game ever and I would love continue playing.

Chow - I think you can safely assume that if you can't get in then most of the rest of the world can't get in at this time. As for rolling back etc, I don't know if that is even technically possible with their system

Still, I see that there is still one that there is no way to implement so I would like to send my support and encouragement so that, with their effort and work, they will soon get all the worlds back in perfect working order. - I am sure those from the team will appreciate the supportive messages.
- We were supposed to destroy Tib 10 today. The server claims to be online but cannot be accessed. Seems some other servers are marked offline correctly. Is this the behaviour everyone else is seeing? i.e. the server claims to be online but times out when accessed? The server being offline also means teammates cannot be contacted to reschedule the attack

4 days and dont work... :'(- I have been unable to access World 94 and World 107 since July 11. It is stunning to me the lack of basic customer service. NO WHERE has EA posted any explanation, or ETA of when they will be back up. when I contacted customer service via chat they gave me a long list of things to clear out cookies/cache, but did not even acknowledge that if this problem occurs on three different computers with three different browsers, then the problem is on the server, not on my end. I then found out that the webhosting is the 'publisher' and that these issues are being handled by the 'developer' and the 'publisher' has no idea that anything is wrong or the cause or the ETA of a fix.
Wow.
While 94 is an older world, things are still happening there. If they plan to simply discontinuing a world, the kind thing to do would be to give a date a few months in advance so folks would not be taken by surprise.
The long this goes on, the more likely it is that people will simply find other things to occupy their time. Apparently they don't care. Given the popularity and profitability of this game, that seems like a really unwise business strategy.
