Sorting alliance's members by classification

I have seen that this failure occurs in World 8 Spain but I have to test if the same happens in the new economy worlds.

I enter alliance information and in view of the players that make up the alliance.

I click on "Sort by classification" and the result is this: https://prnt.sc/xxn76z - https://prnt.sc/xxn9we
I think it is not clear to introduce "inactive" in the middle of the results and no real ordered results

I click "Sort by virus" and again click "Sort by classification" and the result is this: https://prnt.sc/xxnc8v
Strange, at least.

I click "Sort by name" and again I click "Sort by classification" and the result is this: https://prnt.sc/xxndp3
How strange, if nothing has changed since the last ordination

Conclusions:
a) The inactive should leave at the end of the asset management
b) It should always be the same result after sorting if there have been no changes in the players
c) They are not really ordered

Tested with Chrome last version and game version: 20.3

Edited:
Note: Maybe the problem happens only when there are inactive players in the alliance marked by the game server?
  • Yes, it is strange - I checked on a very old world, World 26. If I order by status (online status) then things appear to work ok. If you order by Ranking (Classification) then I see the same as you. It could be old rankings are being used although displaying inactive - but that doesn't explain why some of the rankings are obviously out of the right order.
  • As I mentioned, a check should be included in the sort so that those marked as inactive by the server appear at the end of the list instead of interleaved. Truth?

Hey @nefrontheone, similar results in Veteran World Server 5:

    Initial sort: https://prnt.sc/xxnz8t

Sort by base's number and classification again: https://prnt.sc/xxo1ho

Sort by alliance's role and classification again: https://prnt.sc/xxo2vu

    Strange, yes.
  • It seems indeed that this only occurs when there are inactive players in the list. I assume they still retain their score for the ranking and therefore get sorted into the list like normal.
  • Brilliant.
    Thank you!
It is a good idea to be able to see all the inactive members of the alliance on the server together instead of spread out in groups throughout the entire list. ;-)
