I assume all those accounts play on the same world? You can't transfer bases from one world to another. Each world is a fresh start.
If you are changing accounts you will have to make sure you are using the Log-Out button from the options-box in the lower right corner of the game, to make sure you are directly signed out from the game before you can log into another account.
