do you happen to know why both accounts that could not be moved, have now been moved to another server but have also completely reset my progress?
both were account with 3 bases and above level 24 but now they are level one and single base?
Your accounts have not been moved from a world. When you logged in the previous world must have been unavailable and the system directs you to an available world. When the current issues are resolved then your accounts will be where they were when you last accessed them, but possibly dead as the forgotten are still attacking :( as far as I understand it.
