Supply crate reward not received since reaching Apostle rank

Check that the default option for supplies hasn't been altered.  There is a drop down that can filter the supplies you possess depending on the rank you were when the were issued.

    No, I do not receive the rewards. Currently, I have 4 packs in reserve. When I win a fight, I remain at 4 packs even though the combat report clearly shows a supply crate.
