Supply Point Production Decreased with Rank Promotion

My supply points rate of production decreased when I was promoted to Major General on Wrath 22. They are supposed to and usually increase with a rank promotion. This is unfair for my progress in the g...

It's not in the patchnotes for 20.2 which is currently on test on the PTE. I don't know if it is even on the developers 'to do' list. @EE_Elephterion would know that.

When you get to the top rank of Hand of Kane, sp production is 12.5/h under 20.2 patch
