Supply Point Production Decreased with Rank Promotion

My supply points rate of production decreased when I was promoted to Major General on Wrath 22. They are supposed to and usually increase with a rank promotion. This is unfair for my progress in the g...

We have been looking into this, from what we could find it appears to be the catch-up mechanic. As you gain points and rank up, the bonus diminishes.
We have included this in the tooltip now.
