Supply points rate change and strange message ?

So question, why at my previous rank was i earning more SP per hour ( 30/hr and 720/day ) now when i reached Major rank i am at 22.1 per hour and 531 per day. Also what is the message supply poi...

Hey Silverfish24​ !

In the tooltip you see that a bonus for "lower" level players is active.if you close the gap to the top-end players this bonus decreases and can in extreme cases lead to a decreased production. But we'll keep looking into that and may adjust this for future worlds.
