this trick fixed chrome 'lockup'

i discovered something that may work for others. sometimes, for no obvious reason, the game screen would not respond to mouse clicks or keys, but otherwise appeared ok (clock and fps still updating). at this point the only remedy was to start over in a new tab. has this happened to you?

then i did something out of the ordinary and opened the AdBlock extension and chose 'block an ad on this page'. the only choice seemed to be the entire page so i chose that. and when i did, but before confirming the block, the page became almost completely dark. and through this darkness i could see a game message box that said "camp has been destroyed, etc" with an OK button to click. so i did and the game returned to normal.

later what i found is that when this lockup occurs and there is no visible message box, that box is in fact there and if i click in the right place on the screen where the button is, the game recovers and i never even see the box. so if you don't have AdBlock to reveal the hidden box you can still use this trick by just finding that button. try clicking all aound the center of the screen to find it.

i'd like to know if this works for others. let me know.
