tib 37 bug 14/08/2019

14/08/2019 tib 37 after fort kill TTD Green ALL lost their satelite codes + their bases in the center, even when they were NEVER part of the alliance that shot the fort. EA could not prevent it from happening. The compensation that was offered does not seem to arrive .
Creating this thread so that all affected members can reply here and ask for their compensation. They can not reply to the pm s i have been sending to EA .

    No compensation was publicly offered on these forums as far as I remember, so you need to take up the lack of it with the channel used to obtain the offer of compensation.

    hi gamer, yes we know, this is the only way for the affected members to react directly or contact EA directly.

    Well, we have granted the offered compensation twice already. And from what we can see it was also redeemed.
    So if it was truly not received by your clan members against what we can see from our end, then there is no real use in trying to granting it again until we get a clue on why it failed you.

    The bug in question will be addressed in a future update thanks to your report.
