Tiberium 31 OFFLINE all day.
I know they were doing maintenance, but that is supposedly done. Support chat was NO help. Just told me it's an old game and started offering different games to play. What a joke!

try it with the direct URL: cncapp03.alliances.commandandconquer.com/386/index.aspx
It worked for me, because the server isn't offline, it only says it's offline. - Hey old Boss! That link worked - Thanks. Tech Support was worthless. LOL

It took me half the day to got the idea to try it with the direct link to check, if it is really offline XD - Tib 26 is the same - https://cncapp03.alliances.commandandconquer.com/374/index.aspx is a direct link
- Confirmed. Tib 26 says offline by fault.
I miss my team mates, pls fix the availability :) - The world is now being listed as online again and accessible.
