They do care but are unable to reproduce the error and until they do can't fix it. Repeatedly restarting worlds is not a long term solution.

Hi, I replied last week with an official statement in the original thread. It's an ongoing issue and we are doing everything we can to solve it. But it turned out to be more complicated as just restarting worlds. Currently we are testing different things on the PTE server to try and reproduce the bug.
