transfered 1 USD from my credit card to ea.help.com when i buy funds

We can't help here with funding issues or queries as no-one here has access to that part of the system, including developers. The only way to resolve this is to contact EA help themselves.

Was this the first time you'd used that CC? Some places charge 1 unit of currency (in my case GB pounds) such as you see in order to validate the card and the details provided to them. There is always a message that this is about to happen on the screen as part of the payment system.
