Unable to get past play game, keeps bouncing back to main screen

Question

Hi all,I had a message to accept cookies this morning and now can't get in to play at all, I click Play Now and have tried changing world and can't get any further at all? Tried two different web browsers and the same in both.

Thanks, does yours just go to the green circular glowing EA logo in the middle of the screen then go back to the launch page? I tried going through fresh at www.tiberiumalliances.com as well.
I just tried a new sign in in incognito mode and also tried change world and that just goes to a blank rectangular box before bouncing back to the launch page.
