Hi,
I am having the same issue on tib 24.
i have tried on both chrome and mozilla with all scripts disabled and cash cleared, history cleared, and double checked for updates on both.
what my console says:
HTTP load failed with status 404. Load of media resource https://prodgame06.alliances.commandandconquer.com/370/resource/qx/static/silence.ogg failed.
