Update/fix for some scripts need testing

in any case you don't have next mcv and want it (having not all bases) you can always recheck it and as far as you can do new bases it will be shown.maybe only if you are sitting another account you can encounter this problem. I can remove the automatic disabling of the preference but it will try to calculate next mcv costs (and then close the window) every 10 seconds as coded by the author. Maybe we can leave the settings alone as default coded (it would run only few lines of more code).
