Why did my Supply Points per hour go down after Promotion!

which score do you currently have on the world this has happened on and how dou place in the worlds ranking?

I have 6,334,349 points and I am currently ranked 344th in my world which is Tiberian 36. What does this matter when it comes to why my Supply Points that I get per hour have now gone down to 12.6 an hour, something it hasn't been at close to the beginning of when I started to play! It also caused me to lose the ability to make enough Supply Points in order to get further ahead in the Winter Contest! I would have never gone ahead and allowed myself to promote to Brigadier General if I knew I was going to lose so many Supply Points per hour! I would have at least waited until after the contest and the fact that when you hover over your rank, it still continues to tell you that further promotions increase your supply points and faster Supply Point generation! I think if you are going to lie to people Then it is time I stop putting my money that I put into this game. And if you don't believe me, check my account and see how much money I have put in it so far! I think you need to either fix the lies or fix the bugs and if they are bugs, I think you owe people something for them! Also if you been lying to people, then besides fixing the lies, you owe them something for the lie as well!

Saying someone is 'lying' is not conducive to good communication within this forum or receiving. There may be errors, and mistakes and even a few bugs :wink: but @EE_Elephterion did not lie, especially as he was not involved when the game was first written.

When I speak to him that way, I am not speaking to him as an individual, I am speaking to him as the only representative I can speak to for the problem in this game. So if I am frustrated, which I am, and it seems as if I am taking it out on him, trust me, it is not meant to be that, I am upset at the company and I just want someone to fix it! A person like yourself should be able to realize this unless you are immature and can't see that people when they do say things like this are not always necessarily speaking badly about the person helping them. Next time, instead of jumping to conclusions, maybe think a bit and ask what my intentions were!

Hello Commander, it appears that with your rank up you moved into the upper echelon of players on that worlds. Congratulations.

That however also means your Supply Points Bonus has been deactivated. That bonus is a catch-up mechanic that allows other players to stay competitive with the top tier players, among which you now reside.

As I said before, in the game, the message that appears when you hover over your rank says 'Higher rank grants a higher Supply Point capacity, faster Supply Point generation and allows the use of better items.'

Nowhere does it state that when you reach a certain rank that your Supply points will decrease! This therefore implies that your Supply Points will continue to go up per hour as your rank goes up, not down! By having this statement on the game, the people behind the game are Lying to us and therefore caused me to lose out on the chance of getting 2nd place in the last challenge! If they had given a proper statement there about how supply points work instead of Lying, I would not have gone for the Promotion when I did!

In the US, many States have laws that state that when you advertise something a certain way, you have to follow through with the promise of the advertisement. This is to keep Businesses honest and from cheating customers like I myself have felt like I now have been from this company! That statement makes a promise, one that the company is not keeping!

As for you gamerdruid, I call it like I see it, the way you responded to my earlier post without really thinking first and reading it, assuming that I was directing it personally at EE_Elephterion, just shows your immaturity. So I am not calling you names, I am just pointing out how you are behaving!
