Bought an artpack now I can't edit or select titan without items.nut #3914. Can select titan in load outs prior to match only.

Hi all, this should be resolved for everyone now. You should be able to edit/choose your titans now without issue, you shouldn't need to take any extra steps. Thanks to everyone for the posts and for your patience.

I get this error when trying to edit Ion. Game then crashes.

Hello,

When i am trying to select Ion as my Titan, the games freezes and send me back to the home menu with the message item.nut 3914 does not exist. Happens when i select Ion in game as well. Not sure what to do. Thanks

I am getting it too. So far i cannot find a solution. I get it with Ronin.... my favourite titan ;(

TF2 - Error processing game logic, items.nut #3914

Same issue as others recently are posting.

Happens when I try selecting Tone Titan (which I recently tried purchasing for 10 credits)

Have tried..

* Hard resetting Xbox1

* Clearing local saved games

* Removing gamertag, restarting console, reloading gamer tag and refreshing game

Still happens. When I select Tone, it hangs, and crashes back to main screen.

I can play other titans fine, I just can't select that one titan

Please explain why this is happening whenever i try to customize my ion??? It just started doing it... kicks me everytime i try and customize my ion.

I keep getting kicked back from multiplayer when i try to costymise my Ronin, i get the message:

There was a problem processing game logic
Please try again

And im playing with the disk on ps4.
Hope you guyd can quick fix this problem because i cant even play singelplayer due to this.
We need the patch like right NOW!!!

@MADrag0n - I already did tell the steps which I have followed (including calling 800-4MYXbox - worthless).

While you reference the thread where @EA_David notes that Respawn is working on the Nose Art problem, the only common I can find is that the game crashes. The functionality of the problem is certainly not the same (customization of a Titan vs. our problem of even being able to play as a certain Titan). And respectfully, I'm not going to search through every problem noting noseart customization to be able to deterimine if this is the same problem as mine, when the Title of it doesn't seem to apply.

Additionally, the combined title of the thread now seems rather ambiguous (Re: Titan Fall 2 Error needs fixed!!!), which we were told in a sticky not to do.

I had titled mine very specific to the problem, "XB1 - TF2 - Error processing game logic, items.nut #3914", but you have removed that.

Thank you for combining them though...
