Bug report: game crashes entering lobby
Hello,
After clicking the "Start multiplayer" button in the home screen, the game quits a few seconds after displaying the lobby screen.
No error message is displayed.
Behavior observed on PC since 2024-02-26.
The game was working fine during the previous week.
Installed via Steam.
Launched via Steam or EA: same result.
Does not depend on the selected data center.
Solo works fine.
File integrity check from Steam passed.
Can we try the following if you have not?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
If this continues would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?
