Bug report: game crashes entering lobby

Hello,

After clicking the "Start multiplayer" button in the home screen, the game quits a few seconds after displaying the lobby screen.

No error message is displayed.

Behavior observed on PC since 2024-02-26.

The game was working fine during the previous week.

Installed via Steam.

Launched via Steam or EA: same result.

Does not depend on the selected data center.

Solo works fine.

File integrity check from Steam passed.

The same issue. I played the game few weeks ago without problems. Now only single player works. Now client crushed EVERY time I press "launch multiplayer button".

Couple of players from steam helped:
Try going to launch options and type there
+communities_enabled 0
Worked for me and others.

Can we try the following if you have not?

Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Verify the game in via your Steam library

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

If this continues would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?

Hello, sorry for the late answer.
I have not taken any action but it appears to work now.
Either I didn't notice a game (or Windows) update or the bug was server-side.
Anyway, thanks for the answer!
