When I launch the game I see a black screen for about 1-2 seconds then a windows message pops up and says Titanfall 2 has stopped working. After I hit ok the game crashes to desktop. i7 6700k 16gb ram GTX 970 Windows 10 I tried to repair the game in origin but it didn't help my drivers are up to date, version 375.70

Hey, I've got the same Problem at Launch. I just trail and errored and killed 1 Background-Progress in the Taskmanager and startet the Game. It failed and I killed the next etc... If I kill the Progress "SS2Svc32.exe (32 Bit)" and the "SS2Svc64.exe" (I have an Asus Mainboard an it should be the Sonic Suite 2 - Applikation) the game starts normaly and I can play it without any Problems. Sry 4 bad english, I hope You can solve your Problem 🙂

Can someone please respond to this? I have been unable to launch the game I purchased. I've tried multiple times to connect to the EA support chat as well and have not been helped.

That did it! Thank you!

I also have a Asus motherboard (ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero) and killing those two processes allowed the game to launch completely fine.

I have still attached my dxdiag and error screenshot in case this can help fix the problem so the game can launch without having to kill mobo processes

Also U can just try disable all features in a Casting Enhancer tab in this program and restart it.

I am also having this problem only I have just recently started having this issue.I have tried repairing the game multiple times as well as Uninstall in and reinstalling the game.
The computer I have is in the link below:

I also have an MSI laptop and have this problem. The accepted solution does not apply to me.

Can you try to disable MSI Afterburner? This article on the Titanfall 2 troubleshooting can also be useful.

@EA_Archi I don't have MSI Afterburner as far as I can tell. But I tried killing all of the MSI Nahimic processes and that allows the game to launch. I gather this is some sort of audio utility. I still have sound so I guess I don't need it. Thanks for the hint. Regards, kdpainter
