game wont open at all

Just too clarify before I start, I bought Titanfall 2 on steam so it still opens through the ea app after i do on steam. whenever I open Titanfall 2 nowadays it pops up a origin window asking me too sign in. so I do that and then the game opens. but then sometimes it says i need a 'product activation key' or whatever. and clicking the 'enter product key' box does nothing. Also isn't Orgin discontinued? why the hell am i forced too sign in every time? and other times it says before i get too the sign in screen with a ea app error "you've launched thus game on too many devices in the last 24 hours. wait a bit before launching on this device. Error code: EC:10502" problem? THERE'S NO ONLINE DOCUMENTATION I CAN FIND OF THIS ERROR CODE. PLUS I DONT HAVE OTHER DEVICES THIS GAME GETS RAN ON UNDER THIS ACCOUNT. and this is the second time its happened. while yes it does work after roughly 24 hours. how come every time i wanna play Titanfall 2 its a random chance i get a unseen error?? does anyone know ANYTHING about this error?

  • @EA_Illium I did all that in less than 20 minutes since it first happened. I also reinstalled at like like 7 times. and the file verification I made sure too do on both steam and the EA app, so I don't know what it could be. if it helps too know only two files failed too verify, and I've never attempted too edit or mod the game files

  • I have the same issue launching Titan Fall 2. Either it keeps prompting me to login to activate the game or it just keep telling me I have launch the games too many times at different computers. What is the worst is that the error code doesn't really help at all. I have to google it and no one seems to have an answer for EA's crappy service. 

  • I have the same issue. I bought the game in the EA app and when i want to play it it asks me to sign in for the key product activation. I signed in and the game opened and it was not in fullscreen so activated the fullscreen and then I quitted the game, relauched it to verify if everything worked fine and now I can't play the game because I have the error code 10502 that tells me that I have tryed to open the game on to many devices but the thing is that I opened it only three times on ONE pc. SO WTF EA I BOUGHT THE F**KING GAME AND I CAN'T PLAY IT ??? WTF IS THAT KIND OF SERVICE
