How do I get a refund for this game?

Why?  If I'm going to pay $60 for a TOP TIER game, I expect some sort of single player campaign - and at the very leastSOME ABILITY TO PLAY IT OFFLINE!   What the hell was EA thinking???  What happens if my connection goes out, or EA's server/server connnection goes out, or what if I'm just somewhere without internet?  The disc might as well be a drink coaster?   I  NEVER would have bought this game had I known that was the case and frankly it's incredibly annoying that EA apparently thinks it's acceptable to release a game this way and charge $60 for it.  I bought this at Gamestop, not through Origin.  Origin has a great game refund policy - does EA stand behind their games the same way Origin does?

name me one other game that you can't play at all, even the single player/campaign mode (assuming it has one), if you are offline

Asking that in here / on here seemed to presuppose you bought it from EA's Origin, so:

    http://help.ea.com/en/article/returns-and-cancellations/

Individual retail sellers have their own store policies.

I see that buried amonst the rhetoric was mention of a retailer, not Origin, so give them blame for the failure to insist that you wear your reading glasses in the store, so you could actually see the system requirements.

Read more on the Origin Great Game Guarantee Policy here and see if you are eligible for a refund: https://www.origin.com/en-ca/great-game-guarantee-terms if you have had the game longer than the limit you can be refunded for the game you will have to contact support to request a refund.

If you are still having problems or questions than at any time you can get in touch with an EA games adviser: https://help.ea.com/en/ to help you refund or replace this product.

looks to me like that applies to games bought through Origin, I got my copy from Gamestop - if someone from EA can confirm that works for any copy purchased from anywhere then I'll send it in

As stated in the OP, I didn't buy this through Origin - I have been looking around to see what EA's, not Origin's, refund policy is or if they even have one other than the usual warranty for defects type.

I had already problems with EA/Respawn because they shipped out most of the Titanfall Collectors Editions after release date, also they promised to ship out the "bigger parcel" in February because: 1.) The parcel is to big 2.) The game could only be shipped on/after release date (I could COULD understand this part.

EA did shipp my Collectors Edition on the 18th of March and I got it finally WITH the game!! on the 24th of March. I asked Respawn and EA (because all games and Collectors Editions are goming from EA!!)

Guess what? I never got my 95 USD back what I got charged for "fast" shipping and handling! The only thing what EA will offer you is a 15% discount on a future order, what is a bad joke in itself. Why would a customer who had bad expirience with EA/Respawn buy a game from EA in the future?
I got from EA help 3x 15% discount offert for my BF4 issues and they are still not fixed. I got 2x 15 discount offert because of my troubles with Titanfall.

I think nobody will get a refund from EA/Respawn. No matter what customers say. I pre-ordered the TF CE because Respawn said there will be Canadian servers with better connections. I did ask because in the Alpha and Beta test the best I could get was 88ms on US servers.

Guess what? Yeah right! No Candian servers and my best connection I am getting is now 98ms on US servers....

Good luck with your complain and asking for a refund for Titanfall. They don't give a s.......... about there customers. They are busy counting $$$$$!

    My 2 cent!

@Karmination If you bought the game from gamestop you must return it to gamestop. EA cant refund a game that you didn't buy directly from them.
