Male vs Female hitboxes

Hi,

I am curious, is there a difference between the male and female characters in the game?

Meaning: do the smaller female models have smaller hitboxes as well? Thus affecting the gamplay and giving an advantage to those that use the female models.

It is common for competitive games that both female and male models sharing the same hitbox. I recommend to jump over to the official Respawn forum to discuss that topic over there, it might be that someone from the community or the devs can share some information for you.
