Multiplayer locked for user titanfall 2

Hi,

I just bought Titanfall 2 on my Ps4 and have tried to play multi-player only to see a multi-player locked on my user. I have been trying to do the campaign and have just started the part where I have to meet up with the SRS commander.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

I am really sorry for those connection issues with the game. Can you check, if you are having an active PlayStation Plus subscription on your account? Have you tried to restart your console? Keep us posted on your progress.
