If you get this error message after repeatedly trying to connect we may need to wait a bit and try again later. 

If you continue getting the error message, give the following a try:

1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
3. Perform a power cycle.
4. Restore the license for the game.
• Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
• Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
