Red Baron is not available for my titan fall 2

Are u check Network - Messages ?

I am having the same issue, I bought Battlefield 1 collectors edition with the statue and Titanfall 2 collectors with the pilots helmet and I have logged into both games and played and I have checked my Comms but still no Red Baron Skin - not happy as have spent £400 on 2 games and I don't get the freebie :-(

Hi,

I cannot find a Titanfall 2 copy on the account that you are posting on - make sure that Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 1 are registered on the same account.

If necessary then you can reach out to an EA Advisor for further help with missing content:

Not sure if it is anything that you managed to do or not but after logging the call I went back into TitanFall 2 and hey presto the Red Baron skin just appeared. So confusing but many thanks if you did mange to sort it out, not sure why my Tiatanfall 2 is not listed on my same account ??? they should all be registered under the same account, it is the only one I have ever had with EA and all my Titanfalls (1 and 2) and Battlefields (all of them) from Xbox360 and Xbox one should be listed under that account.

It was listed with the Titanfall 1 game box so that is why I missed it - sorry!

I didn't do anything else so perhaps there is a delay in-game as to when the content becomes available

I found some more information for you:

If you pre-ordered, got the Deluxe edition, or won items from a promotion, you can find your items in the in-game inbox.

1. Launch MULTIPLAYER.
2. Select COMMS to view your inbox.
3. Select READ MESSAGE to see your rewards.
4. Click Done With Message to accept the rewards.

No worries all good - it is funny that the Red Baron didn't show up under Comms at all it just appeared in the skins menu in the end - oh well alls good :-)

I was just informed that it appears that there actually was a temporary issue where it didn't show up for players. This should however now be resolved.

I ve bought both games for PS4 and played both with the same Account, but still dort have the Skin. Please help me
