Titanfall 2 Extreme lag on main menu and loading screens

I recently tried playing Titanfall 2 again. However i often get an extreme amount of lag in the main menu. It results in me not being able to force close the game via alt-f4 or task manager. Sometimes after repairing the game for example it works just fine. But then after launching again the problem occurs again. I already tried reinstalling and repairing. And i dont think it's a hardware issue. It also happened a few times while loading into a map in multiplayer. Doas anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
