Titanfall Engine Failure error [ cannot allocate server IP Ports ]

After installing Titanfall TWO times, It still comes up with a black screen and when I go to my desktop screen it says the game engine failed because it couldnt allocate to server IP Ports. I even tr...

    I'm about to reinstall Windows. I'll report back after I see if it works.

      BUMP. I have Netgear so a specific router isnt the issue.

        I also have a netgear router and am having this same issue. Would appreciate more feedback from EA reps.
