12 Spots Open - fixed "Cannot Connect To Server" issue

I can say with 95% certainty that your game crashing isn't because those neighbours weren't active. Based on your picture you like to use a lot of decorations so I'm going to guess you're pretty close to the limit. If you add another twelve friends, I bet your game will crash again. Just a friendly heads up. Screenshots look good though.
