51 Characters
Lol I only have 12 and 2 of them were premium characters that I won in a mystery box
What characters don't you have? Or do you have them all

Agreed. I think we could also do with a character screen, similar to the task book, that shows what all your characters are doing and lets you find them easier. It would help players with huge cities and maze like roads who have to sprawl back and forth making sure everyone is working and you didn't miss anyone.

Exactly, because I always do. Nothing worse than putting everyone on 24 hour tasks and then coming back to find that several of them you missed have been wandering around for a whole day. Slackers

ITA that we have needed this for a while now. It would be very nice to not leave anyone behind when assigning jobs and it would come in handy in finding those dastardly characters. Ms. Krabapple has a habit of hiding in front of trees so I can't ever find her and Smithers likes to disappear between houses and wander off streets making him hard to find too.

An easy way to prevent missing anyone is to give them new tasks immediately after you collect from their previous tasks.
This way you only need to look for the thumbs up icon to find anybody you have missed.

The problem there is you have to tap away all the money before you can get a new task screen. Even though it causes me to miss a few characters sometimes, I prefer to let the money collect itself
I like letting the money collect itself 'cus there's nothing like tappnig a bunch of completed tasks and seeing lots and lots of cash :D But for me the most efficient way of doing it is the way sherry & I play. I think you would spend roughly the same amount of time collecting the money yourself and setting the new tasks straight away. Finding characters that aren't working on a task can be time consuming.
Having said that, each to their own, which is the great thing about this game.
