Hi guys, I'm starting to play full time this game so far I'm level 16 and started to add some friends. I have 57 donuts what should I get with them? I wanted bartman but cant afford. Also any tip to lvl up/gain money faster? I've seen people with 10+ brown houses what is the benefit?

Welcome to the forum :D (BEAT TO YOU IT JIM) If I were you I would save your doughnuts for something limited time or something you really want. Also the more houses you have the more money you get. Having a lot of houses in one big pile is called house farming. It gives you a lot of money but looks horrible. The best house to house farm is the blue house because of its great payout. I used to house farm but now I have multiple blue houses but I make them look good. So anyways good luck with building your town and I'm going to send you a friend request :)

Edit- For some reason I can't send you a friend request. I will try again later.

Thank you i'll add you no problem

Edit: Yeah I really wanted bartman but meh, I'll save the donuts then, I added you and I'm starting to stack blue houses to farm. Thank you :D
  • Welcome to the game! House farming is fine when you're starting out, as it's a great way to build up cash and XP points. Active neighbors are also good (you can send me a request, if you wish). I play premium' so I don't have much advice on spending limited donuts, but saving them for items you really want sounds like the best idea. Play the game the way you enjoy to play it, and get the characters you like the most. It's fun, social, and not a competition.
  • Some people have issues with house farming, but I think it's fine, especially when you're starting out. Eventually you'll get enough characters that they'll be generating most of your income, but even then farming can help. It can really suck having to wait a long time for your next building just because you're trying to build your cash back up every time.

Also, I happen to think a few extra brown houses (not necessarily a full farm) is just good manners when you're a newer player. The most annoying thing as a neighbor is to keep visiting someone's SF and never have anything to click on. I built a small "slum" in the middle of my SF for just that purpose.

  • There's no easy way unfortunately. As others have mentioned, house farming and grinding through one-hour tasks is the only real way to generate in-game cash & XP.

Regarding your donuts, imho best use for a fremium player is to get a character that comes with a building, or work to increase your bonus %. Some items, such as the jet bike, are great values. For 30 donuts, the jet bike has a 2.00% increase to you bonus %. Increasing your bonus % is good because the % applies to all collections.

My main town is full, but I recently started a second town that's currently level 20. Feel free to send an invite to stephkin.

    Good luck, and happy tapping!
