I don't understand why some people say it would be disrespectful to add them to the game. If anything, it's disrespectful NOT adding his characters to the game. Phil Hartman was a great voice actor and deserves to be recognized, not forgotten like some people say would be the "respectful" thing to do. I think Lionel Hutz, Troy McClure, and Lyle Lanely should all be adding in respect to Phil Hartman and his legacy.
I'd love to see these characters in the game, but I think we're not getting them due to money issues not "respect". Contractual obligations to the heirs might be too expensive to EA.

Possible. It also could be something like Robin Williams - You know he put in his will to not use his voice for like 10 years after his death or something........................... Phil or his heirs may have simply said no.
