After buying 4 characters with doughnuts two have disappeared?!?

Had same problem...though Duffman/factory and moleman...:( still waiting on EA to 'assess' the situation and hopefully refund the donuts !!!

I am, and have it on....i wanted those items....now like the other bloke, no items, and no donuts... :cry:

This has also happened to me. I brought the duff brewery. Barneys Bowlarama. Volcano Lair. I brought the doughnuts today and brought this today. I built them and then came off the game and they had all disapeared. Not happy as I have spent money and I dont usually. Either refund my donuts or get them back. Anyone got any help or advice??????

The first thing to try is uninstalling and reinstalling your game a few times. This has worked in restoring the characters for some players. If that doesn't work, you'll have to get in touch with your App Store to refund the donuts for you.

Same here.....bought donuts today and got Duff Brewery,confirmed using the spend notification in the game,shifted a few things round and built it and started a quest and then left the app.Came back to the game 2 hours later and it had all gone and the stuff I'd moved to accommodate the brewery was back in place and the characters were at the earlier timings in the the game.
Not happy....£6 wasted as far as I can see.

I've reset and rebooted everything to no avail.

But that's it....not a penny more out of me for this game ,which is a shame but if you can't store on the cloud and support is 'somewhere' ? and if you read the T and C's and your last recourse is Apple as EA can do what they want then what's the point.
If I had thought I'd have screen shot the build as I have done on other games in the past to prove progress but I didn't this time but now have lived and learnt that Tapped Out, an EA game,who are almost a household name in game companies does not make for a dependable in app buy.
Hopefully,it's a bug but somehow I doubt it.

Cheers guys, gonna try the re-install and see what happens, hopefully it'll work, mine's on android so I can't imagine a refund in the near future but i'll get on to them regardless, hope you all get your stuff back

Im the same, Just before the crash I had bought the Inflatable Gorilla and Baboons and Fink's Lab. When the game was back neither were there and I was missing the donuts. I have not heard when they this is being rectified, till then I will no,t by any means, be buying any more donuts. Not only did I have to wait 12 hours for these donuts, but then the crash happened.

I have done everything suggested, but still these items have no appeared.
