After Hans moleman insurance task

If there are any of his tasks that you cannot perform because you do not have the building for it yet, you will get a quest when you get that building (King of the Molemen when you get the City Hall comes to mind) Other than that there aren't any quests.

The quests for premium characters don't really tie in to the rest of the game much as they are supposed to be optional.

The latest update seems to have added a bunch of "random" one off quests for characters that dont go anywhere. Hey, its better than never ending Grandpa & Cletus quests! Haha

Not every quest needs to tie into things. It just gives you more to do.

Don't worry, those are still there. Tonight Was prompted to send Cletus to have another Speckler and Grandpa to tell stories.

I just had a random quest pop up suddenly from Burns, to hide nuclear waste for 8 hours. When completed nothing else.
Then Major Quimby a little later also had a bubble and he wanted to do Kickbacks, again when completed nothing.
So since the latest update there appears to be random quests popping up now and again.

I'm enjoying these random tasks. It's something new to do, and I earn a task complete bonus. Plus, like the other poster said it's better than the same ones over and over again.
