If you don't have a 4 hr task for a character (such as SVT if you don't buy the Aztec Theatre). I use it in my secondary town when I do 4 hr tasks. Also, if you are annoyed by Norbert flying around, you can send him there instead.
Hey, Thanks! I forgot about this. I use 4 hrs in my Crawl and Norbert's plane is a bit annoying.
