I don't know... not that I'm a conspiracy guy, but I just don't like all the nonsense that it represents, and I don't really see much of a place, or a use for it in my town.
I AM a conspiracy gal  , but I still may get it. I know what it represents and I know what the all-seeing eye represents, but I still want it. Maybe it's because I am into conspiracy theories, it's almost like a joke to me. I can totally understand being put off by it though. I'm kind of dancing that line right now. It's all so blatant, but at the same time, The Simpsons doesn't try to hide what it means. If it were more subliminal and less mocking, it probably would really put me off. I appreciate and understand your opinion though. I get it.
What the heck. If it's good enough to be on the one-dollar bill here, right next to "In God we trust", in the good old USA, I figure it would be downright unAmerican to buy it. A shrine of sorts. :)
Lol. Good point, Annette. I think I'll do the patriotic thing and buy one. I feel like Homer in the "Bart vs. Australia" episode, when the American embassy makes sure the toilet flushes the in the right (American) direction, reversing Coriolis effect, and he sings "God Bless America" while crying and flushing the toilet.
