It's a tie-in for an episode that hasn't aired yet. It's new to everyone.

When you get to the end, it will tell you to watch the episode on Sunday. We get these episode tie-ins several times a year.

I can see magic being the theme of this years THOH event. They don't follow the current THOH episode anyway. They could also do pagans.

I really struggle to be motivated by the Halloween rewards beyond new Characters and premium buildings. Since my Halloween area is so large already I can’t really expand further.
