LSB Purchase process error

Question

I just tried buying the R2 LSB on the web store. It charged my card then went in game. Got a mail with 2800 crystals and 2000 coaxium saying it wasn't able to process the transaction. Now the R2 bundle is gone and it still charged my card.

I don't want the crystals, I wanted the LSB.

Tried opening an in game ticket but the email verification bot errored and I can't retry verifying...

Adding that I accepted the mail and crystals by mistake because I thought they were the kessel run rewards so again please take the crystals back and send the actual r2 bundle&nbsp;
