Transaction processed for LSB, did not receive LSB.

I just purchased the Luke Skywalker Lightspeed bundle and the payment went through, I got an infinite loading screen followed by a crash. When I went back into the game, I had a mailbox item that said "Claim your Luke Skywalker Lightspeed Bundle" (or something along the lines of that) followed up by a "Transaction failed" and it credited me some Crystals instead.

I'm not sure what to do, the pack disappeared from my store now and I do not have any of the relic characters I purchased. I'd prefer to get the LSB added to my account or my money back in my bank.
