another patch

Wow! I think EA was clamping down because people advanced too fast in the Terwilliger event (not realizing it was because of the Endless Bob glitch, perhaps), and realized they'd gone too far. Good deal!

Question: Can we get sports balls either

a) from tapping fans, or

b) from "catching" one which is pitched into our neighborhood?

I've never done a community event before, so I'm a bit confused.

I think the answer to both is ... we're not sure yet.

So you're no more confused than the rest of us. LP indicated that balls would be randomly be dropped by fans, but we have no indication of what point that would start at, if at all. Nobody has claimed to see one yet. I think one post indicated that, when they caught a ball in their SF from a neighbour, it just said that it was collected, but didn't give them a ball to throw back. Not confirmed yet, as far as I know.

I'm not sure if it was part of the patch or part of Act II but I got 120 AB for the first win of the day.

you can drop american footballs as well? I can only buy sports balls.

It seems when you drop it the ball dropped is random. I've only dropped two so far. One an american football and the other an american soccer ball. Maybe will get a bowling ball, baseball, etc. I hope some are bigger.

I have tossed three balls in neighbors towns and one in my feeder town. I have not received a ball in return and my feeder town's ball also only indicates that the ball was collected. (No sender information).

I don't know if it was today's patch but the Rainbow flag ($250) is back in the store for the next 17days 18 hours--I went to the flags section and there it was again (I haven't looked at the flags tab since whichever date they started selling them, this may not be new news
