Anybody help me?

Overpass diner is the level 57 quest line and Prison bus in the level 59 quest line. For some odd reason, these items may be purchased even though tasks that trigger these new quest lines have not been completed.

some quests are glitched but not sure if OJG or Gina are included, so check back and someone should have a definitive answer for you

Both of the items you mention do have questlines attached to them, for some reason both take FOREVER to kick in. Its been a very long time since Ive purchased them, but I specificly remember the Overpass Diner taking an eternity, then just starting at random one day.

Sorry this doesnt help much, but at least now you kbow the quests are there.

It took ages for the OJM questline to start for me. Until it did I had to stick to his 24 hours tasks. I don't remember what I was doing when it started. It will do so eventually.

It's likely that it relies on certain conditions being met in-game, like certain quests having been completed or characters being active or buildings being built.

I also remember receiving those and then having to wait a time before the quests started. What level are you? Have you completed ALL previous level quests?

@daved7637397 did they they kick in at certain levels? im trying to remember also

I remember having problems with Gina also. Just keep progressing and eventually it will compute its way for you to complete.
